GRILLED CATFISH FILLETS

Italian Dressing
Mustard
Worcestershire sauce
2 (7 oz.) catfish fillets
Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning

In a small bowl, mix Italian dressing, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Rub on fillets. Sprinkle Tony Chachere's Seasoning on fillets. Allow to marinate 1 hour in refrigerator. Use charcoal grill. Grill fillets 3 minutes on each side. Yields 2 servings.
